Terms & Conditions
Shipping/Membership: Once order received, products will be shipped within 2 days and then delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Ebooks will be delivered within 2 working hours.
Cancellation Policy: You as a customer can cancel your order except Ebooks, anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
Return Policy: Products except Ebooks can be returned within 7 days after receipt of order. To place a return request, please write an email to nazraniresearch@gmail.com. No return for Ebooks
Refund Policy: Once cancelled or order returned, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days
